Sovereign Challenge VIII Conference Information
The Sovereign Challenge VIII Conference is scheduled for December 6 to 9, 2011 in Savannah, Georgia. Savannah gives us the unique opportunity to explore the theme of the conference which is Resilience, Reconciliation, and Reconstruction: Creating Stability & Peace After Conflict.
Savannah, rich in U.S. Civil War history will provide the setting and introduction for the 3-day dialogue on the difficulties nations face in reconciliation and reconstruction after conflict, both within nations and among countries, and the need for “resilience” as nations confront these issues.
